My name is Bill thinking about going to truck driving school but my driving record is not the best. Owi 3 yrs ago and speeding 5 or 6 yrs ago and a careless driving about 5 or 6 yrs ago. Would there be a company that would work with me or hire me? thanks for your help Bill.
Please let me know what you think, and who would hire me?

if you meant ovi or something else that means drinking and driving, not gonna have good luck finding someone to take you, and if you do, they arent worth working for if they are dipping that far down into the driver pool
Bill1984 Thanks this. -
In fact, I would make a brief summary of what occurred as a cover sheet, if I were in your shoes. Be upfront about it and if you gave up drinking, it would not hurt to go to AA meetings to make them more assured that you wont be calling them from jail anytime soon.
If you have anything more then a simple OWI, like an accident caused by drinking or any injuries, or more then one OWI has occurred in the last ten years, my advice is to forget about it till 5 years have passed. Same thing with recent speeding tickets or other tickets that show that you are currently an unsafe driver. Good luck to you!Bill1984 Thanks this. -

the speeding and careless fall under the normal 3 years deal that most larger companies go by...BUT the DWI.... you would be better off if that was a (non vehicular) FELONY than a DWI offense. 5,7,10 years is usually how previous they want a DWI to be

Good luck with that last part.
Good luck with the first part as well, since you don't seem to know if you're coming or going. -
