If your wanting OTR experience go OTR.. regional is good as well, but just remember that the rest of this great country doesn't drive like the NE yankees, the bridges are taller in other parts of the country, and when you get down to the south; you'll definately find out the meaning of "southern hospitality" and the reason we all drink sweet tea!!!.. just joshing w/ you.. Honestly though, it really depends on what your looking for? How often you want to be home? How much do you want to be paid? Some love regional runs, but for myself: give me the great wide open.. I really dislike anything East or North of Philly as well.. With Prime, you'll probably advance quicker in OTR plus make more in miles which also equals experience.. Plus they may even pay bonuses for NE runs to OTR drivers.. Most companies do.. So you could pick them up if you desired. Not a definative answer, but I hope it gives you sometings to ponder.. Good luck!

I cut my teeth in NyNY,Northern NJ, philadelphia Pa you can drive ther you can drive anywhere if they give option of percentage you will make more money that way in that area. Once you get that experience in that area alot more companies will look at you more seriously, just be patient in that traffic and dont let them get to you and you will be fine. good luck
