There is sage truck driving school in Caldwell. They have recruiters that come and talk.
May has a yard in payette but you’ll be dispatched out of brooks, OR. They have a western 11 that always needs drivers. It’s all 1-3 day runs with multiple stops.
[PNW][Veteran] What are my options?

Flat Earth Trucker and JReding Thank this. -
A friend of mine went through Wilson's CDL training program in Springfield back in October, and he's been solo almost two months now. Other than the initial trainer that took him out for the first week, which he didn't like at all, he has a lot of positive things to say about the company so far. He realizes its a stepping stone to the next job after his contract is up, but he's happy with the choice he made.
JReding, Latteralus and Chinatown Thank this. -

I really appreciate you guys helping me! I plan on writing about my experience going through CDL training, driving B-seat and maybe write about my experiences on the road after that to help out anyone new and interested in Wilson.
If I ever run into any of you on the road and have some time I'll have to buy you a coffee!JReding and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -
