    Is anyone having any good experiences with these pod fleets in phoenix?They continue to be a general disappointment for me.I love explaining the same problem to 3 different people and getting back 4 different answers. Do not get me wrong i know they are busy but I'm really unhappy with this system. A call center in India can take my calls and do nothing with them. Things that shouldnt even be questionable like layover/breakdown or detention time im having to pull teeth to get submitted.
    Just wanted to know if anyone out there was having better luck then me with them.

    Did you just get on one recently? I know when i was put in one i hated it,but now i have gotten into the flow of it for the most part,but the transition was rough.....

    I am trying to get used to it again when I came back from my trip to China. When I was finally getting used to it, it was completly changed, and not trying to get used to it again. Then again, I do not have any idea how it is between company drivers and L/O.

    i get mighty frustrated with the pod whenever i do have to communicate with headquarters. lots of miscommunication with 4 people playing round robin with the messages. maybe the point is to get people to leave them alone. works from my end. things seemed to go a lot better when it was just one person handling my messages.

    Ive Been on the Pod Since it was first created and to my experience it has never not been a nightmare. But that's just me.
