Oh, I will! I know somewhere out there in the future someone may run into the same problem. Hopefully not! :)

Go to another company and apply. I wouldn't put it on my app. if it isn't on the books. But since you volunteered it they are going to make you jump.

The MV 104 is a report that you the driver are required to file if the accident results in property damage over $1000 and/or injuries.

Which I also stated "mine did NOT fall into that criteria". It has all been cleared up.

Right but you mentioned in an exchange concerning no accident report being issued by the authorities and I made my comment to make it clear that the authorities do accident/crash reports but not MV 104's. Happy you got it cleared up.

I was not informed of this from Yonkers PD. They made it seem as though this was "their" policy. BTW... A friend of mine got his MV104 from the police department. His involved a lot of damage, though.

** Of course you find out all these things AFTER the fact. Obviously, no one has run into this issue before. Who woulda thunk?? Anyway, I am hoping that this will help someone else along the way.
I would never have known these laws/regulations without the help from people here, as well as doing research on my own.

BTW, if you are NOT doing your home work, you will be very disappointed. As I tell everyone, with ANYTHING in life; poop happens. Be prepared. And keep :biggrin_25519:
