Poly is starting to use those tire socks out west now.
They're a lot easier than chaining up. Just slip them on the tire and go.

Ok thanks. Why do they fly u out for a face to face interview? Then physical/drugtest-fly u back, then fly u back for orientation?seems like alot of flying and delays before u actually hit the road. They should just have u take the physical/drug test in your home area-just my thoughts.

You get hired ? -

I think their hiring process os wacky, but thats just my opinion.
28 Thanks this. -
Usually if they fly you in for a face to face, you're usually in. The face to face is to make sure you're not some whack-job phycho with a swastika carved into his (or her) forehead. I have only heard of a few that were flown in, but never hired.
And againstthewind is right, they put you up in a LaQuinta Inn. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to Poly and back, and once you're back to the hotel for the day, they will even shuttle you to various locations around the city. The non-Poly rate for that location is something like $110/night, so it aint no no-tell roach motel.Last edited: Apr 8, 2016

It's similar to Wal Mart in that we haul our
own product.
I used to work work for a company that only hauled Best Buy stuff , it was the same process
to get hired . They are picky.
(We even get uniform shirts to wear with the
Poly logo on them) -
I just dont like all that flying back and forth. The nearest airport to me is a 120 miles. If they are going to hire u why not start the orientation that same week?
