There's a whole lot of truth in the old "speed kills" adage. Sure, it's meant to imply death of humans on the highway. But it also kills things like.. careers.
(Yes, I have speeding tickets - from many many years ago. In all honesty, the tickets never did a thing to slow me down. Having kids, did. ) -
The title of this thread could easily be changed to "I want to play for the Yankees, but can't hit a curve ball"

I think I'll wait a few years, and live tight for a while. Wait for my record to stop haunting me. -
I've been driving for just over 23 years. I've never known anyone, nor have I ever been offered PAY to do a line.
I've used in the past. But NEVER behind the wheel of ANY vehicle.
It's a choice. No one pays you for it. Why do you think they call them "dealers". They don't give it away, nor do they pay you to use it.
And if you or your dad know these kind of people. You are the very ones that we don't want on the road. -
Anyways, people. Thanks for the input. And for the exuberant amount of vomit that was posted, in the form of slight insults in "holier-than-thou" attitudes.
As far as having a lead-foot... Well... I think it's kinda hard to do so in a rig with 16 gears that's governed at 65. And flying down a hill is just about the stupidest excuse for going over the limit. Thought it is something that may happen. -
Get used to saying it.
