I ordered a new truck a couple of days ago, and I am trying to find a solution for ac that doesn't require cutting a hole in the roof.

I think that underbunk from Dometic would work great. If I'm not mistaken that is what Dynasys includes, if not something very similar. Ask SHC, that's how his Star was set up.

I have a very low sense of adventure when it comes to the roofs of trucks. My last truck had a whale tail and clearance lights that the only way I could ever get them to quit leaking was to remove them and fiberglass over the holes, then paint it all back up. After dealing with that for years I am very gun shy of things on the roof. Lol
