I've got the 40 qt koolatron, the p95. It seems to work well for me, will occasionally freeze stuff though, and it is made in Canuckistan. I'd much prefer send my money to our neighbors north of the border than China.
I usually bring some sandwich meats and cheeses and several small cans of veggies. I try to hit up Sam's before I leave and buy the 24 pack of 24oz diet Pepsi before I leave.

I just bought a 40 quart coleman from walmart about 2 months ago and I like it. It replaced a smaller kooltron I got for Christmas that stopped working and has a fan motor that is not replacable. I paid $88 for mine and sprung for the 2 year walmart replacement warranty for another 10 bucks or so. Should it crap out on me I will just go to Walmart and get a new one. I keep a blue coleman ice pack in the bottom of mine and it will still be partially frozen after a week on the road. I also have a small cooking thermometer in there and its always between 30 and 35 when I look at it.
