Positive feedback on deBoer?? Anyone??

My application is in with deBoer and Knight. Can anyone who works for deBoer give me some insight? I have a positive feeling about them. Knight is looking less and less viable, based upon a lot of negative feedback I have read.

I do not have many choices because I have been out of the industry a long time and am getting new experience with a refresher course in order to get back behind the wheel.
