Possibilitys for my company name!

Thier are many companys with the same name out their. Their are two companies that has that name (sigma transportation) and one is based in Saint Petersburg, FL. and the other is based in Glendale, AZ and they only have 1 truck each. Their is no one using TransAmerican Systems, AGS Freight Systems or AGS Transportation on the Goverment site safesys. You can use these any of these names if you want to. The only problem I think a person runs into is they will not let you incorporate using a name that already is incorpaorated in the same state, but you can if it is in seperate states. Don't use Swift Transportation it may be bad for buisness. lol

I only recall one company getting sued over their name and that was many years ago. Trucks For You out of Muskogee, OK used to be called Trucks R Us and the toy store Toys R Us demanded they change their name and they did.
