Possible help with Thesis Project?

Hello Everyone, I am a fourth year Industrial Design student at Humber College in Toronto. I'm working on my thesis project pertaining to traffic congestion and the commercial trucking industry. As part of my course requirements I need to conduct a simple survey with the users working within the industry. Thus far my attempts at gathering info have been met with... hostility.

So I'm hoping that I can gather some good insights from all of you lovely people here! it's a short, 7 question Google forms survey that should no more than 5 minutes of your time. And I am more than happy to take any feedback or follow up questions you may have for me.
