Yes the people making millions keep more than somebody making thousands, it's called percentages. You want fair income tax? Everybody pays 5% of total income, no deductibles, no loopholes, you can go 10% on corporations and let them deduct wages only.

That would be the most it should need to be, and no budget should ever be passed if it's more 95% of the last year's revenue, and 2% of every budget should be going to paying off the national debt not just the interest payments.
