Hello, I am in TX and currently working as a OTR driver. I already had my personal license suspended before training due to forgetting to pay a surcharge. Now my auto insurance lasped a week and I'm facing possible suspension soon. My question is, how long will my CDL be disqualified? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

You need a lawyer or you will soon be unemployed.
Maybe someone on here, from Texas, can recommend one.austinmike and CrappieJunkie Thank this. -

Pay your insurance. You will be covered immediately. -

I drove for three months with a license that I didn't know was suspended, I'm lucky I never got pulled over or inspected during that time. Somehow my company didn't know about it either. Could have ended my career before it really began, you really need to take care of it as soon as possible.
