    Hello, I am in TX and currently working as a OTR driver. I already had my personal license suspended before training due to forgetting to pay a surcharge. Now my auto insurance lasped a week and I'm facing possible suspension soon. My question is, how long will my CDL be disqualified? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

    I did. The necessary documents have been faxed to the DMV. They said the suspension may not even go through, but just in case, I wanted advice if it does happen.

    I drove for three months with a license that I didn't know was suspended, I'm lucky I never got pulled over or inspected during that time. Somehow my company didn't know about it either. Could have ended my career before it really began, you really need to take care of it as soon as possible.

    Thank you so much. As soon as I caught it, I rectified the situation. Now I'm just hoping for the best. I have only been on my own for a month and adjusting to this lifestyle has been a bit harder than we expected and it just slipped our minds to pay it.
