Cool man. Do you know what the name of that account would be listed under if I were to look up dedicated opportunities on their site?

Although I never leased, the overwelhming respose I got from more than 50 drivers at cre in slc was hell no, not a chance. You will do ok if you solo and train because you get paid for you students miles while only paying them peanuts. But thats not realy solo.

The lease program is not designed for a solo driver, this comes straight from the boss of the lease dept. It is designed for driver and a Phase2 or Phase1 student so can run as teams.
Running solo would take one poor trip week to put in hole, then could easily spend next 2-4 tripweeks to get back out and positive again. Also horizon will not give you a break unless truck is in shop for more than 3-4 days.

When I ran the lease in 98-99 I made good money as a solo. If it is designed for team, them it changed.

Yes it has changed. Why just look at the motto on back of some of the newer trailers " LEASE TRAIN DRIVE TEAMS" which kinda sums it up. Now don't get me wrong, if a person is single and has very little expenses then they will do well solo...but if not then now its very difficult.
