    I've seen guys pulling containers with those one the legs. Guess what, those steel wheels don't roll at 70mph. They get flat and make it look like the 4th of July.

    Saw one in Florida once where the legs must have seized or he just didn't care and he rolled out with them on the ground.

    I got these little street sweepers they are being a pain in the butt. I have 4 chains on each one and still bouncing. Any advice?
