Update: the one closest to the front I can chain on the front axle
the rear sweeper I can chain over the rear -
If you have the keys you could lower the suction head and brooms. Could add stability

They are designed to be on the ground while the truck is moving. Im not saying lift em off the ground, (wouldn't anyway) just down. Beyond that, id say use straps around axles ect..

Fine be that way. Do they have air suspension? Can you bleed out the tanks so its sitting on bump stops?

No just independent suspension chaining the axles may be a little difficult

Ok ok, well there is a top secret securment method for tricky loads.
Flip em over so they are laying on there roofs. Nice and flat. No bounce.
