I still have 4 empty winches, and used 16 straps. First time I've used that many of the winches I have.

The two wood/metal features are tooling that is used to make the plastic articles.
The flat black units underneath are flat sheets of very specific plastic that is melted to 1* below liquid before being squeezed against the tooling.

This is what happens when a production plant can't properly package their shipments, and offers 12-14 week lead time for trailer load run orders. Contracts get cancelled n they take their implements somewhere else.

Load that's supposed to be tarped has only a tarp over the front of the load. No surprise that the driver is taking other shortcuts and screwing up.

Some one needs to post that over on the no more boxes thread for the kid who is now at Melton, after losing his job at prior carrier for making mistakes in his turns. lol

Not really. Missing plastic corners on at least one of those straps, probably more under the tarp, and that thing fell down a little ditch and the shingles are almost coming off. Wouldn't take too much of an accident to have stuff coming off the rest of the way I'm thinking. You can bet that after the damage to the property is dealt with, there will be damaged product to be accounted for.

Shipper said the groups weighed 12K, 15K then 13K front to back. I didn't think that would scale legal. Opened up the back axle and now back to tarp.
"But we load them all the time like that!"

Probably used to loading 48' spread axles. Those are gravy loads.

That can be normal for loads from the DC. There is usually wonky junk on top they want tarped to secure/hide. A skid of OSB with some fragile lattice or vinl fence on top, ladders, empty buckets, shovels... Probably don't want to know what's under that tarp. o_O

Gravy? Not the word I'd use.....

3 piece lumber tarps. Middle one was folded the wrong way. That looks like ### and sucked to tarp. I don't usually complain about tarping but ####. I'm short 6-10 bungees too.
