Rolling across the Manitoba border was such a great feeling. If you don't like it there, you should move out here, it's way cheaper and the people are way nicer.

 

I noticed, gas was running @0.88/L... Cross into Ontario and it's $1.17/L.

In my little research it doesn't look like any other province would save me any in income or corporate (even if not applicable to me right now) tax so I'd need to find some other valid reason.

 

I'm not sure about your living arrangements, but housing costs here are among the cheapest in the country (I think only the Maritimes are cheaper). Cost of living is also significantly lower than Ontario, Alberta and BC. Saskatchewan's economy has been booming lately, so their cost of living has been going up... but you wouldn't want to live there.

And if you are looking for work, I know a company who is hiring and would be very interested in a skilled deck driver such as yourself.

 

Why not Saskatchewan?

 

Take it from a Manitoban... you don't want to live in Saskatchewan. >_>

 

When I saw all the work they were doing for the Regina Bypass it got me interested enough to look at real estate for sale on the MLS. Not for personal residence but for rental potential (I didn't see much).
