It would take a really really big tire patch to get them to hold air!

I get to first kick off. And I'm on a side street. Warehouse roof is eye level. Drive way is 10% grade 150 ft long. So I stay at street level and let forklift slip and spin up and down driveway.
2nd is not bad. Or 3rd drop.
I'm going to put this run on my. Not doing again.

I think riding on a tractor would be way more fun. Where did that guy live...

Sleepy68, skellr and Cetane+ Thank this.

Finally a couple of pic worthy loads

This was one of the first 10+ wide load that I hauled for my current company. It was a pita to get the softeners / edge protectors on the back 2 pieces cuz they were so tall.

This was the load from hell. I'm going to try never haul pipe again, I can't stand the wait. Dispatch called, a guy's mom went into the hospital, so asked me to take over the load. He waited in line since 10 am to get paperwork, I got there at 1pm was told I could skip the line and go get loaded, since he already waited, well I go skip the line, only to wait in the yard to get loaded, finally got out of there at 730 pm. To take the load to my yard, to go to the next pipe yard to get a couple more pieces.

Well I get to the next pipe yard after scaling to make sure I can handle more weight. Well between the scale and the next pipe yard, the 3 4x4's between rows breaks on the outside, on the last pipe. Since its not that company's pipe, they don't want anything to do with it and just want to throw their 2 pipes on top. But at this point, I already had my company's safety guy on site and he isn't a trucker, so he doesn't know anything so he over reacts like its about to fall off. Anyways, after some jockeying back and forth, they finally agree to accept some money for some "cokes" and agree to fix the load if we move to the back where the office people can't see them. Its amazing what $40 can get you. Then I had to take the load to a customer to get paperwork so they can resell it to the end customer. 4 stops and 2 days later, I'm finally done.

So heres something I really love. Bringing the rubber fill for turf fields. Since my son is into La cross year round, I love seeing turf fields being put in.

Now the thing I dont get is, why is it soo much cheaper to produce hardwood pellets in Kentucky that with the shipping to Long Island its still profitable. I cant believe they cant be produced in VT, NH, ME competitively. Oh well, great pay, with almost no work.
