In reality though I keep a couple small pieces of old tarps to use in situations like this. Also have a 10x10 that I keep on the truck at all times. I agree that rolling out a second tarp for 2 ft sucks.

I also like @snowman_w900 idea of double charge. All tarp jobs should be charged by the number of tarps used.

 

Flat tops are for running. You only need them to sleep: not to hang out

That said if I ever have to sleep in a truck again I'm not looking for it to be a flattop..

 

I agree, if all I did was drive and sleep I'd do it.

As it is right now I sometimes spend days sitting at a power plant because the load could be ready any second and they pay us to sit on site so we can load and go. I need space to move around inside when that happens.

 

One on. Thought they was gonna use the cool toy to load me but nope.

 

Wait until they have t o use 2 of t hem in concert to load a piece on you

 

Need to get a big bunk with a shower n ####ter n a tv for setting around like that.

 

I try not to sit, but you get used to it
