Couple from yesterday. Lumber went out, cars came back. Fastest I think I've ever seen crushed cars loaded. One person in the loader, three throwing chains. I could barely get them out of the rack before they were already closing bear traps.

Now I'm waiting for my partner here to get into a US ready truck. It's a good thing though apparently Wisconsin is still almost completely snow covered.

I'm not sure where we will make it tonight, but I'm hoping at least near Minneapolis.

Good luck. Just to give you a heads up There's a ton of snow in the twin cities metro area. I spent a lot of time digging the heck out last night. Roads were still pretty rough on the way into the office this morning. The metro should be in decent shape by this afternoon, I'd guess, but outbound roads in the area are gonna be ugly.

Didn't get around to checking in like I wanted (kind of forgot) but I've got a couple pics from this week.

Unload in Wisconsin at the dairy farm:

And quite possibly my best tarp job ever. 21' foot material, 54" off the deck, 26' long tarp... with the flap lined up at the front, the back end came right down to the deck. Math rules! Almost perfectly straight.

I don't have to pick them up, lol. I used to do them a lot when I was regional. Got real good at tossing the strap so it would roll right over the top without the wind getting under it. There is also the "sling" method.

This is how I learned to do it when my throwing shoulder was bugging me:

    hindsy and 2CAN Thank this.
