Bar slipped when the binder broke

 

Worst I've gotten was hitting my elbow when the chain settled in the pocket. Putting muscle into something then the bottom dropping out hurts a surprising amount.

 

Sad part about it, i was wearing my hard hat, but it wasnt straight on my head and when it slipped, my hand hit it first knocking it off

 

Don't buy any lotto tickets in the next few days.

 

I think i should, dr said i was lucky i didnt fracture something

 

I saw a guy lose some front teeth years ago at a steel mill. Same thing happened, binder broke.
