    Let’s see. Last week I bounced up from Florida and did 4 days of local work in ga moving 19’6” wide loads 3 miles. Repetitive but good money.

    Then bounced up and loaded this Sany loader going to Texas.

    Dropped it at the yard Saturday night and went across town to pick up this preloaded crate. 11’ wide 15’2” tall. Stretched out about 10 feet. Short run that delivered on Monday.

    Bobtailed to Wichita and picked up this preloaded trailer going to South Carolina. Probably the most secure load I have hauled with 12 3/8 chains on 12k ponds of cargo.

    Supposed to be loading a two stop load out of jcb tomorrow going to Iowa and Nebraska over the weekend. I’m playing the recap game and I’m bumping my 70 already.

    How'd you strap those down? That's the kind of stuff I hate.

    @Tb0n3

    Two straps.

    One over the top, and then I've got another one that goes over the "valley" of where the smaller, angled pipe connects to the larger piece.

    If you want I'll grab a picture in the morning.

    That's how I would have figured, but going over the rounded edges of pipes like that always makes me nervous, because if they tilt together the strap's off. Just a little bit of movement.

    They're touching in the middle, too, so not much worry about them tilting together. Pushed 'em together with the forklift to get that little problem out of the way. :)

    I've been wondering- what are these, exactly? I see you hauling a lot of them.
