    That customer regularly takes 70000 lbs coils so l looking at the amount of chains on it l would say it's close to that number.

    Hard to believe it broke just in front of the axle like that. I could see if it was sitting on the dolly legs. Seems to be more to the story. That trailer is set up to haul twice that.

    Yea, I don't know but I'm not buying the fact that that coil caused it. Pic is not very good either. Did something run into the other side like another truck? There has to be more to it.

    You also don’t know the history of the trailer, it’s like they teach us about overloading a crane. You fatigue the metal and it’ll break eventually even when it’s within capacity.
