    Those straps could just be holding parts of it in place. It could be bolted or otherwise secured to the trailer underneath.

    That's the problem with us critiquing loads where we can't see all possible securement. We just don't know. That guy could be a massive idiot. Or that thing could be secured incredibly well. We just don't know.

    I’m guessing you’ve never been to Ontario. That’s a normal axle configuration up there. If there was 4 axles in the middle it would be an Ontario Michigan special. The drop the forth axle at the boarder and they are legal in Michigan.

    The bucket is actually a grinder with a few cylinders with lots of teeth. I don’t know the weight so oversrcured as usual.
