My opinion is they are just fine. I've never had any problems with them that weren't my fault. I've now replaced all 12 at least once with Continentals. They were all pretty worn out when I got the trailer. When I have the booster on and I'm loaded the trailer pivots on the rear axle of the tridem so the front axle takes quite a beating. I tend to eat the shoulders off the tires on the front axle long before the tread is worn out. I just rotate the rear axles forward and put the new ones on the back. Get the most life out of them that way.

I do routinely run 70mph with them empty and 60-65 loaded depending on where I am. If the temp starts getting over 75-80 outside I'll slow down and just keep an eye on them.

I did have 2 of them peel apart on me last October on my way to Houston. Turns out U-turns aren't great for them.

    Wilkes-Barre PA to Pasadena TX.

What a joke this delivery was. We drove around in a golf cart for 30 min trying to plan my route. This place was absolutely NOT designed for truck traffic. Took about 4 hours to get in, unloaded, and out. Even with the golf cart I got stuck once and had to back out of the corner. It looks way worse than google maps shows. Some of these turns would be tight in a F250.
