Harleys are for a different riding experience than the go fast crowd, like I said I never owned one, but I have rode them some and I am getting old enough, they would be alright now, just to cruise. I bought a new magna in 83, and parked with 10 new tickets on my record in 11 months. I bought a wing and never got a ticket in 80,000 miles. lol I left that magna in the barn for 6 years and finally drug it out, and didn't get anymore tickets either though. I may have missed a few good chances though. lol

Must be some kinda trucking spider. This one hitched a ride for about 800 miles.PoleCrusher, booley, Zeviander and 4 others Thank this. -
Put in 16 hours yesterday, but i did the first big truck U turn ever in this quarry, with a 48 spread and 260wb. Loaded at midnight.
Knocked over slab stacks are the WORST. So much hand labor getting these unscrewed. Theyre almost
the size of pool tables, 2.5" thick and up.
When i started few weeks ago you could barely get an atv through the yard.Last edited: Aug 24, 2019

where i've been for the last few weeks. I believe we're almost to the end. I have zero idea how oil and gas makes any money (or at least this pipeline company makes any money). But this is pretty much my view the last few weeks with minor changes.
best part is when you get unloaded and it's "oh, there's no exit and no turnaround, so back on out". I've backed up more than 2 miles a couple times. on dirt.PoleCrusher, cke, booley and 2 others Thank this. -
Wait till you are on the ice road and they give you the wrong MM to get off to string pipe, drive down the line for a couple of miles till you get to concrete barriers blocking your way. lol They had to bring a loader and move the barriers, so I could go and I had to go all the way to point thompson to get back to the ice road.
They whined and moaned, but they were the ones that gave me the bad directions. lol
Another time I found the laydown yard out on the ice in a serious blow, with very low visibility. The griped because I drove in the blow by myself, when all traffic was suppose to be in a convoy, hem proceeded to ell me to go find an island, as they had changed their mind and wanted the load at the island. lolPoleCrusher, cke, Oxbow and 2 others Thank this. -
If you have more invested in Officially Licensed Harley-Davidson BarAndShield stuff (including the HD Edition F-150 and the toilet plunger) than in your bike...you might be a poser.
If you have an adventure bike with 20 driving lights, aluminum bag set, fuel and water cans, etc., and there's not a single speck of dirt on it...you might be a poser.
If you have a sportbike more than a year old that still has the original tires with the original nibs on the sides...you might be a poser.
If your bike is an OCC abortion with a 400-series beach ball rear tire, 10'-over front end and a primary belt so wide that turning left is no longer an option...you might be a poser.
If you actually ride, you can tell.RollinThunderVet, booley, beastr123 and 4 others Thank this. -
