If you’re going to Ft.Worth (they usually get vans) you’ll get to see my weekend load drop right near the entrance. I’ve never seen that yard so full, there was 2 6’ wide spaces and one 8’ wide space. I’m not shoehorning a 64’ double drop into one of those.

Ask dispatch or the shop if they have an account for washes and if they do how often you may wash and how do they pay.

Good idea honestly, didn’t think to ever ask, just heard through the grapevine on here about company drivers having to pay out of pocket

I have a similar career path here. Drove the green one to work to drive the red one. 58ADF304-671F-48FB-A18D-136EC267BCB9.png 1ECBF182-3A74-41D6-8F42-ADD20AACF1A8.png

Same here. Drove my Kdub to work to drive the ladder. We switched every month from from front to tiller. Amazing career.

We switched every 2 weeks and yes it was a great career. What I would give to be a 19 year old rookie Firefighter again. I still have most of my memories and still get to drive a “Big Red Baby”. Just don’t have to listen to that ###### old Federal Q anymore. I can’t half hear because of that siren. Stay safe out there driver.
