Living the dream out here in smoky montana. Smoke is getting bad out here past couple days. Makes me cough and burns my eyes. U can see it inthe past couple pics i posted , the sky. It is not clouds that is all the dang smoke

 

Find it hard to believe, but my stepmom told me yesterday we actually have faint traces of that smoke all the way over here.

 

I can believe it , my buddy was just out in oregon couple days ago , he said it was so bad out there it blocked out the sun. Middle of the day and it was dark there is so much smoke. .. Growing up out west , it is not uncommon to get bad smoke every once in awhile from fires but this is probably the worst ive ever seen before.

 

According to the BBC, smoke from the west coast fires has reached the UK.

Not too bad today considering...

 

I used to deliver stone into a gated community all the time, never had many issues. Most of the people there came from money. It was the higher end suburbs that where I had the most snotty people. They “made it” and now all the working people were below them.

There was one neighborhood where nearly every single home had a stone veneer that I delivered personally. I was there pretty much every single day.

There was one house that was completed well before the houses on either side. They put little no parking signs by the street to stop the construction workers from parking in front of their house. It was great, I always had a place to park and unload! Even if it was a block or two away, I brought my own forklift so it was no sweat of my back.
