I don't need a house. Here's the plan: I find a nice 100 acres with a few creeks, and a nice lake. Like where they settled in Lonesome Dove. Build a massive log cabin, and a shop with 20' ceilings and an overhead crane. On the weekends, I'll work on my N14 Red Top powered 2030 glider as my wife hangs laundry on a clothesline while singing and a dove lands on her finger.

You tellin' me that's out of reach?

I have short straps I use for loads like that but, I still ain't rolling them by hand Pavrom!!!

 

100 acres is gonna run you about 5-10 million in western montana.

 

Theres actually a nice place in dillon, mt with 5 acres , a good sized shop and house for 400k. Right off i15
