    I’m surprised they let you chain over the tracks. That’s a no no with most manufacturers.

    They should mention when they broker out the load u need 16 binders to do the load... i only carry 12 .... But they make no mention of it , so how else am i supposed to chain it ? I would like to know how u would guys would chain this load with 12 binders and chains . With binders that dont fit into the chain pulls on equipment and barely any room to work with , when equipment is all bunched together.. Its quite frustrating

    Could you use straps through the same securement points on the equipment?

    2 4" straps under the tracks and on top of the undercarriage with padding of course.

    Straps are not allowed per manufacturer unless straps have chain hook ends.

    I would have used chains as well. The load you ended up with can be hard on straps.

    Every time I've hauled it like that, might be able to get 2 straps on the entire load. I'll end up throwing chains anyways so I don't bother trying straps.

    Wrong type of hooks on chains & binders for most equipment hauling.
