I see at least two straps under the tarp. There could be more. Those straps you see could be he just ran out of bungee cords to secure the tarp, not the load.

Already delivered this, getting me a excavator tomorrow.

Cali I must admit was fairly easy to deal with. This loader went to Idaho. Did have to move one of them Volvo dump trucks just to get my wheel loader out, model i don't remember. But never the less, fun day at the port.

 

The two Navy ships in the background are Aegis missile cruisers. Looks like Ticonderoga class. Not a boat you want to tangle with.

 

Back to the grind delivering to jobsite's after a few months off.

 

Any pictures of how you secure those concrete pipes. I see loads of those down here but never been close enough to see how they were secured or it was someone with some real sketchy looking stuff.
