I was halfway through the conversation before I found out it was a dry van. Pulled it out of morbid curiosity. When I got there, I found out the regular workers were on a Teamsters strike. I didn't even know the Teamsters still existed. So I had to drop my trailer in their yard, surrounded by a bunch of dry vans, with all my precious flatbedder stuff all over it. I was paranoid as hell someone would steal something. I think my only saving grace is door slammers don't know how to work a ratchet strap.

I thought about pulling an RGN load out of Camp Atterbury this weekend. But, they had so many of them, I knew it'd be a mess.

Oil analysis came back with 11ppm lead. Sludge in my surge tank. Here's what the rags look like that I dipped in there, and here's what my coolant looks like. That coolant has maybe 25k miles on it from when I replaced water pump, thermostat, and radiator. About to start a 2,200 mile deadhead from Wilmington, NY to San Antonio. Probably looking at oil cooler and a bearing roll. Wish me luck.

That's not good. Hopefully it all works out for good. I'm in the Okie City area of you need anything on the way down. But I won't be there until Monday so you may be long gone by then.
