If it’s all one size that definitely helps. The steel pipe I haul is usually 4” diameter or less, and usually each job will get different sizes, plus the other assorted junk that goes with the pipe (stakes, boxes of hardware, etc.). But like I mentioned earlier, the good part is I usually only have to deal with a few pieces at a time. And I do it all with the moffett. It really can be a pita when I have to pick up the unused pipe from the jobsite, when its all lose and tossed into a pile in the mud.
Here is one of my jobsite loads from last year. I did what I could with it...
