Lol. I'm from Colorado. Passes don't bother me. My truck is a different story. He only likes downgrades.

 

Don't blame your truck on the downgrade preference. Who doesn't like to have the opportunity to relax for a bit after a long chug.

I'm looking for a Western Star with a 13-speed and 12.7.

Next choice is a KW.

But Dad has a buddy that's downsizing and looking to get rid of six Pete gliders with Cats.

Either way, it's going to be a few months. God willing, this engine will hold up. Analysis looks good, and cams look brand new. Here's hoping.

 

My loads are boring but I did get to see this roll into the truckstop. Do you think he needs anymore storage boxes? Love how he has the motorcycle on back, looks to be full size too, not some dinky little scooter...

 

U ever been on McDonald pass ? . just west of Helena on us12. I pulled it at a whopping 12 mph for about 20 minutes straight today. I think thats the last mountain range i have left to conquer during winter. But im not in a hurry to tempt it

 

Probably an aviation guy. They love buying fitted tarps for every size engine imaginable.

 

They (couple) are indeed in aviation.
Put a Cummins emissions motor in that unit when they rebuilt it so they could go to CA he told me a few years back.
Pretty sweet unit.
