I would love to, but that takes some serious money to get started these days.

When I pulled a refer and was home on weekends I helped a guy from church farm every chance I could get. He offered to let me use his equipment to farm any ground I bought or rented, in turn I would work for him full time during planting and harvest seasons. I thought I was in, until I ran the numbers. I just couldn't come up with a big enough profit after everything was figured in. This was all around the time that land in my area went sky high, and any land that was up for cash rent went up as well.

  5. Its going to a robot warehouse.

Word is 385 million pounds of support products. So 8,000 trucks. Hmmm. Not to sure about broker info.

But 8 football field complex 10_stories high. Possibly?

I'm just one cog in that wheel.

Just delivered a load of racks there in Richland yesterday... Super easy to get there. You can't see it from Kingsgate rd, just look for a big sheet of plywood that says "preferred freezer" on it and turn down that street. You'll get to the end and you can't miss this giant warehouse. Right out front there's all kinds of racks. Real easy!

I ran a load of racks there last Nov. Contact number I got... the guy was a world class A-hole. The address they gave was for Kingsgate way. How ever.. there was no driveway or entrance off Kingsgate. Had to go down a nasty little dirt road on the other side and take the back way in.

Asking the contact for instructions on how to get in seemed like I was imposing on his precious time. He couldnt be bothered and hung up on me. I saw another truck with racks... so monkey see... monkey do.

Widest one I've ever done was 43 ft but it was only a sixty mile haul on all dirt road. Widest long haul was 22 ft by 21 ft tall 126 long and 197000 gross from Houston to Billings. I got to see most of Texas on the 3 week trip out of the state. Paid really good but one was enough for me.

I talked to the same guy, he still acts like you're bothering him. However they now have a nice paved road off of kings gate
