What part of MO are you looking around?

 

Right now south east...ish. There are more reasons we are looking there. The laws are more of what we are used to. We like the area and most of the people. I think it will be a better quality of life there. I work too much now. Been away for almost a month now. Just not worth it. If we make this move, I could have everything I own paid for by the time I'm 45. Then work about half of what I do and spend more time with my family. There is alot more to life than a nice house, cars, etc. Just sucks it's taken me this long to figure it out.

Congratulations. I kinda figured that’s what you were up to.

 

My trailer purchase isn't final yet, just put a hold on one while waiting on word from the bank regarding getting the loan for it. Will find out tomorrow hopefully..

Have you looked at Great Western Sales/Leasing? They might have something available sooner rather than later.

 

Not sure yet I’m going to sell. I haven’t even considered a price for them.

 

The setup I have isn’t too bad. Right now full of fuel with me in it, I’m 32,400 or so. The only loads I’ve missed out on due to weight weren’t really worth doing anyway.

I'm 33k combined full of fuel with everything. However, Imo, things are gonna eventually swing back the other way....because they always do. So when they do, it would be nice to be more competitive. It's gonna be hard to compete against guys who can haul 49k...when the first word out of my mouth when I call on a load is..."can you cut it back to 47k". I agree, now I don't know that I've really missed out on any. However, everyone is so hard up, they happily accommodate me. There will likely come a day when that's not the case.
