I don’t like hauling this commodity junk anyway. Last week I ran NYC and I’m looking for an oversized load out of Florida. Always keep pushing.

Probably the best. Only loaded Hardie products a few times, never the same place. From what I understand from others, all of the places are very slow and long wait times to get loaded.

Worse comes to worse, depending on how far south, you can always check Lake Wales, FL at the Boral Roofing plant for a poverty rocks load out. :)

It can be hit or miss. I’ve loaded out of Pulaski, Va and Peru, IL. Some have been hours and hours to load but they did pay 40$ an hour detention after 2 hours and I did actually receive it. Other times I’ve been in and out and back on the road in 1.25 hours.

You really hit this with a plan, and it looks like you're nailing it!

No work yet this week so here’s one from about 5 years ago. We hired Bay Crane to haul these to a pedestrian bridge we were doing in Manhattan. Each arch was about 2/3 of the whole bridge. The other 1/3 of the arch was just shipped laying down on a stretch trailer (about 80’ L) These loads were 175’ long overall and 15’2” high, grossing 175,000 lbs!
The beams in the left of the picture, I was delivering to another job at the time. They were 117’ long but look tiny compared to the other loads! C1805A60-4D76-45AA-B8F3-C246AAEED5FB.jpeg
