Battery powered beacons with the magnet backing may just be handy to have.
Last I looked they were $70 each.

If you've booked the load, then you will need to pull permits, since it's oversize. When you pull the permits, they should come with the details you need to know to make your load legal and where to route yourself. Getting the beacons is secondary to the Texas permit saying you need them, then en route, you can pick them up. You might need to hit a truck stop and get those magnetic lights, with 12v cordage, and hook up a 12V extension cord that can stretch to the required areas of the load that they want them. (Back, sides where the load is widest etc) Alternatively, they have the neat magnetic battery operated ones for less hassle. If the trailer has a 12V take off plug, even better...but I don't know your particulars so...take it with a grain of salt. :)

Good luck with your load. It's exciting until it becomes second nature. :)

Here's a couple of links for what you're looking for. RoadPro brand on at least one of these means it should be available in a truck stop.
RoadPro 12-Volt Strobe Light with Magnetic Mount, Amber Lens
    Home Depot

The kind I used to use, were mostly used with steel sheets, and looked like little pucks. I've been trying to find a similar picture to show you, but no luck so far. My first rig was with the Road Pro one, I bought to handle the load, but then when I found those little pucks, I stayed with those. Steel pipe stakes can be used for non-metallic loads. Strap them in and use them for the oversize sign on the back also, if need be, and strobe them with those little pucks if you can find them.

Remember, some loads only need the lights if you're able to run at night, and then you need them, but they may not be needed if only allowed to run during the day. Again, check your permits.

Found it. This one is from the Iowa80 website, but is very simlar to the one's I have. $24.99.

Yeah I already got the permit. It’s almost 14’ wide so cannot run at night. I saw you can get wide permits for months at a time but they are limited to 13’ wide or narrower. Looks like no light is required.

I didn’t exactly want to start out with a 14’ wide load, but it’s a short distance, easily done in a few hours, and I know the areas well. I did see some magnetic lights on Amazon with a battery built in. https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Security-Emergency-Flashing-Warning/dp/B08112GNBS/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=1G8I4KRN99U9U&keywords=battery+strobe+light+semi&qid=1678489592&sprefix=,aps,129&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExWFFIUlZaSTBYSU9OJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNjI2NDIxM0k4NjNVUEFCODhYJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA2OTc1MzYxT0gzNEVYOU5HRFJRJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfcGhvbmVfc2VhcmNoX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

If I decide to do this more often I’ll run a line through the trailer for the future and get some rooftop lights. I’ll see how it goes Monday and let y’all know.

FoxFire Magnetic Lights are the way to go. If you buy them from a trailer/truck supply shop they will be $70+ per light. Can be had on amazon for $65 if you want to save a few bucks.

If you want good magnet lights that are bright and won't fall off foxfire are the best I've found. They use 4 AAs and will run for about 12-16 hours. I usually buy the cheaper bulk packs from Walmart of home depot.

I found these at my local TA and petro. I bought 4 amber ones. They were $12.99 and use 3 AAA batteries. Says will last 60 hours. For the price even with the batteries I won’t be mad if they get lost or damaged. I tried them on my fence in the sun and you can’t even tell they are on, but whatever I guess. They seem pretty stout. Not sold on the magnet holding them but I guess we will see what happens. They magnet to my little silver pucks that hold the flags. So I might just superglue these to those and they shouldn’t go anywhere.

Not trying to hate but is that legal to put your binder like that on the rub rail? Talking about the one with the green tractors and the binder closest to us. Also will the customer be able to file a damage claim to the paint wrapping the axles with the chain? I’ve never hauled them ever so just trying to learn.
