I looked at these again today at my local parts house. They got them stuck to the metal door.
When I tried to pull off the $70 dollar model ( Same Name Fox Fire ) took both hands to remove from door.
Now the cheaper model linked above hit a small pot hole and watch it tumble off your trailer. The magnet was pretty weak.

I had some that I ordered online from H-D. Watched one fly off after an expansion joint on the old Tappan Zee. Began using small elastic bungees to help keep the lights in place

The fox fire have absolutely terrible reviews and I couldn’t see them in person. Also couldn’t buy them locally. I went to utility, fleet pride, truck pro, Home Depot, and petro.

Ive had and used them: the red ones are brighter than the orange ones. Magnets are very strong. Uses batteries faster than I would have preferred. I would use them again. Might try a trailer sales place to find them?

That's interesting. The one I linked to, unless it's changed, I've never lost one. Of course, I usually hauled plate steel at OS/OW, and when stuck to my steel pipe stakes, they never moved. If anything, my problem was forgetting to take the batteries out after using them, so the batteries didn't eat them up from inside. Don't know why you had a bad experience with them.:dontknow:

Oops, never mind, just checked the link you were referring to, and it was the one Kshaw0960 was linking to. :banghead:

Alright so my first oversize load. Story time. I arrive at 8am to a ‘road’ because broker couldn’t get an address and “it’s right there can’t miss it”. About 12 phone calls later and 4 uturns and backtracking I was led down a 45 minute dirt road I couldn’t get above 10mph on. Arrived at the oil field pad about 11:30. Loaded and rolling by 2pm. The only good news is the guy got my number so maybe I can get these direct instead of dealing with a broker.
