Under 10k only requires one chain and binder front and rear, if it was over 5k I'd use one chain, 2 binders on the rear, and one chain/ binder on the front.
Most likely forward motion is the one you need to stop, so if one piece fails you still have one securement point securing it from forward motion. And of course buckets and booms secured -
