Well you said you really liked your boss and maybe if they know about the concerns you had…hopefully things can get better…sometimes they don’t really appreciate you until they realize they could lose you
Best of luck!

Three tractors and a skidsteer…that’s more like it! Unfortunately it was also 112 degrees, laying on an aluminum deck was an experience that reminded me not to complain about fall lol.IH Truck Guy, cke, booley and 9 others Thank this. -
Loading out Dundalk, similar units, just said case on them. Was watching another driver load the first one, up on step like yours. Asks the yard guy how to do it. Yard guy says pull it right up to step, press this button and give a bit of throttle. Driver gave it some throttle all right. Thought it was going over backwards.

Yeah I like to just slowly crawl up because it’s always a strange feeling to tip backwards, just like when you load rigid track equipment off an ramp and have to deal with the tipping point, its an adventure lol.

Tracks and ramps, always fun.

Was supposed to just grab an empty from the E Hartford jobsite but apparently they had some extra bar joists to return
God prefers Diesels, PPLC, cke and 8 others Thank this.
