    My thinking also. I hauled a piece of machinery that they had split in 2, however after debating on the permit requirements, they had to get another truck to haul the second piece. It was considered a divisible load.

    Not seeing any problem. When I was pulling a lot of rail switch houses, we would permit for the biggest of the pair, usually 11’6, the 10’5” went along sorta free.

    The issue is weight with divisible, and he said he was 130k on 7.

    Yes and no, it came off the top of the piece at the back so it would cost to much more to ship so they give an exception.
