Yeah, I hear you. Thanks for the response. I do the same thing when possible, but I loaded this at an oilfield yard and there were no other loads going in or out. I post on here because I can always count on honest opinions and help on load securement. That's what I love about the flatbed section of this forum: you guys love to help another flatbedder out. I've learned a TON since I've been hanging out in here.
By the way, the load made the 245 mile trip to the port without a hiccup. And it was pretty cool getting the whole load unloaded in about 3 minutes with the magnet....

While I am not a trucker yet, I start school this weekend, and I want to do flatbedding. My cousin works construction in Louisville and the Derby is Saturday.
