    Why do you ask ? :rolleyes: I bet the straps outside the rub rail makes you give me an “F”:D. If you just run “Intrastate”authority in Commiefornia they don’t enforce that rule. And yes….. this load will do 110 miles for delivery safely. :cool:

    I was thinking the same thing…
    and the straps outside the rubrails is no big deal anymore here in the northeast. DOT man over in Vermont put me out of service once and made me fix em but that was a long long time ago

    I’d give you an A. I’d like to fuss about the straps on the outside of the rub rail, but it’s legal, just not my preference. The x chain on the front….is wonderful. Way too many people would expect gravity, and a little pinch from the sides, to keep those center pieces on.
