If I had to pull a tank with no baffles much I'd look for a job flipping burgers. It would hit so hard I thought the driveline was gonna break. I've pulled them before but it took me a minute to get the timing down. That why I pulled it , the truck was down and my boss said no way we're towing it as one unit. It could have broken lose from a wrecker . Only took it about 40 miles

I love em. If you don’t dump the clutch they don’t slosh that bad. Just saying …

40 years ago I road tested for one of the big cryogenic transport companies. Passed the road test but blew the interview. Then I started flatbedding…but I’ll always remember that stuff sloshing around…

I thought all liquid tankers had baffles, but what do I know, one of the few things I have never driven, but I can imagine what it feels like. My tanker experience has been with powders, and not tippers but bottom feeders thank goodness. :)

Most tanks over here don’t have baffles. It’s too difficult to clean. Especially if you haul all different kinds of chemicals.

I pulled them for about 4 or 5 years. If I ever went back as a company driver it would be pulling liquid

Look at all that room for fun things behind the storage box.

I was in Brooklyn Wednesday morning with this.
