We only come here because we have a customer in Utah that orders product from this mill... otherwise I'd tell dispatch to shove it. This place sucks donkey nut..
both times I've been there now it has been over 7 hours to load, then they have the nerve to get mad at me for creeping around at 5mph when they f'd my logbook up in the first place...

some fat boy discord mod looking mfer came up to me as i was tying down and told me i have to wear safety glasses, not sunglasses and need a chin strap on my hard hat or ill get wrote up... F u buddy

computer froze up at the check in gate, stood there for atleast 10 minutes calling the stupid help phone number with no answer as the scale backs up behind me..finally it decided to start working on its own after awhile?

gate at the outbound scale wouldn't open when i used the kiosk to get paperwork and nobody in the office. Stood there for 20 minutes calling the help phone number with no answer .. the scale out line must have been 25+ deep by the time someone finally wandered In to the office and was able to open the gate.... I'm sure some drivers were mad as hell. I know I was

sad business like this stay in business and the good ones go under.

Back when my eyes were good and I didn’t need glasses I had some safety glasses with no lenses in them. I used to get away with wearing them all the time…
I heard a year or so ago that them new helmets with chin straps are gonna become mandatory

 

Seems like quite a few places have been picking it up in the past couple years .. give it another 5 years or so we will need a full hazmat suit and respirator to pick anything up anymore.

 

Given the state of most truck stop parking lots that equipment will come in handy.
