@INRUT yeah I think it was usually the stainless that would require a tarp, maybe aluminum too(?)
I remember guys coming to our place with tarped loads ( mostly from the tube mills) and we’d just unload it and throw it on the ground (outdoor storage)
Gotta be frustrating for the driver but when the manifest says “must be tarped” there’s not much they can do about it…
