It's been awhile but right in the Houston vicinity on 59 what's the speed limit 55? To bad your not a member of a drivers legal plan... I'm sure with no priors for speeding and a clean driving record a lawyer shouldn't have any problem getting you off... More than likely you'll have to pay the fine and then be put on a 3 or 6 month driving supervision... If in that supervision period you didn't have any infractions your ticket in Houston won't be on your record...the lawyer should cost probably between 200 and 400

Speed limit was 60. Got me for 13 over.

Going to try to find a lawyer who is friendly with those that matter. Get it dismissed, Step docket or PBJ. If none of that will work,.. then pray I can get it reduced based on my driving record.

You may want to try Road/law 888-276-8000 they use lawyers that know the court where you were tic. in,they told me how much $ to bring an it was less but if you are not able to pay fine on court date you are put on probation till its paid.

 

I think its the color. My first new car was a 1989 Mustang GT that was that color. Dark Shadow Metallic Grey I think its called. Really pops when the sun hits it.

I got the machine yesterday.

Yes,.. counterweight is off. Bucket is off. Just the boom and stick are attached.

Full of fuel I'm grossing 148k.

They had a couple other guys picking up 349F machines with the counterweight on. Those guys were all jeep'd up with stingers off the back. 11 - 13 axle set ups.

With the holiday weekend,.. I'm guessing they are still back in Texas.
